How to Begin:

1. Download "Smart Tutor" from the Google Play Store and install it on your Android device. * For Galaxy S5 users, download Smart Tutor via the Galaxy Essential widget (features may vary by region).
2. Contact the SAMSUNG Contact Center. After accepting the "Terms and Conditions," you will receive the contact center's phone number. (Availability may vary by country)
3. Enter the 6-digit connection code provided by the tech expert.
4. Once connected, a tech expert will perform a diagnosis on your mobile device.
5. To end the session, tap the "Disconnect" option within the app.
